Shipping Policy Currently I only ship to the continental United States. If you live outside the continental United States and would like to place an order, please contact me. I am willing to ship to just about anywhere, as long as you are willing to pay for the added shipping costs. Products are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Currently the shipping rates are based on total purchase price. Products are shipped ground freight unless other arrangements are made at the time of the order. (There is a place on your PayPal order form for special instructions to the seller, make any special shipping requests here.) Please note: Any increase in shipping priority will increase the shipping rate. You will be notified by email of the difference in cost, and your product will not be shipped until payment is received. Contact me to add special shipping instructions to an order you have already placed. In stock products will ship within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Custom orders are shipped in the same way as in stock products, unless otherwise specified. Requests for special shipping must be included in the “other details” section of your custom order form. Arrangements for special shipping will then be handled in the email you receive with your personal custom order payment instructions. Returns Policy Returns are handled on an individual basis. Please contact me if you would like to make a return. Refunds Policy Refunds are also handled on an individual basis. Please contact me if you would like to request a refund. I answer each email personally. :0) Store Location I work out of my home in West Jordan, Utah. I travel to local festivals and events where I have a booth.
